Rio Grande - One of the guards/information people at the Social Security Office in Rio Grande needs customer service training. Whether he works for the government or an outside agency, he needs to be taught how to talk to people. He never says good morning. He is rude and condescending. He appears to be bothered when asked a question. The office manager needs to observe his job performance and give him a chance to change it. He would not last a week in a private sector office doing that job. Luckily, the customer service reps in that office are polite, caring and competent.
