Sea Isle City - I sit on my deck every morning watching people clean the beach. I want to know why there is one guy who gets out of the machine and picks up the trash. The others just run it over. They should give him a raise. He's polite, and as I see it, the reason the beach is clean. Why can't they do same for the streets?
