North Wildwood - It's the lowest of low when able-bodied people park in handicapped spots. I watched a group of four young girls pull a minivan into a handicapped space, get out, each grabbed a chair and off they went to the beach. Another couple did the same thing. No sign of physical impairment, yet able to walk three blocks to the beach. Where is their conscience? They seem to have no shame, but they do have grandma's placard, so that must make it OK. Karma will come their way!
