I agree with the person who spouted off about the council's inep

Stone Harbor - I agree with the person who spouted off about the council's ineptness in spending. This person should have also included that this year will mark 25 consecutive years of tax increases. The $5mm bay dredging, the 9.11 overspend, the $4mm parking lot, the library fiasco are only the tip of the iceberg. This council is not capable of controlling costs. Next on the agenda will be a new fire truck, an ambulance, dump trucks and more firehouse work. This will be another +$1mm plus the annual budget is $13mm and we have $30mm of long term debt to pay off.
