North Wildwood - How do people in wheelchairs, or with baby strollers get to the gazebo at 3rd Ave.? There is no ramp for access. How much does a ramp cost? There is also no water fountain to clean feet off from the beach. There's one at 1st Ave. where, at high tide, there is no beach.
