Wildwood - Ideas are free. Now is an opportune time to merge the Wildwoods into one entity. Use the vacant land in Wildwood's back bay to build a world class City Hall, police, fire and public works facility. It is centrally located and within minutes of either end of the island. Then, sell the municipal properties to give tax relief to the taxpayers. If four cities jointly made this request to the state of New Jersey and the federal government, about 80 percent of the costs would most likely be grants. The remaining grounds in the back bay area could then be converted to a beautiful park.
