Wildwood - I would love to know why some dog owners don't take the responsibility of picking up the poop. It is the law. Some wanted a dog beach, but won't pick up the poop. It is disgusting, and very rude. I don't care if they are vacationing or not, pick it up. I pray those who don't get caught and have to pay the fine.
