Wildwood Crest - We have the worst neighbors on the entire island. Their dog barks all day long and all night long. They put the dog out to bark when the trash trucks show up. They put the dog out to bark for the mail carriers. Everyone on the block wants to complain, but no one wants to do anything about it.
