Sea Isle City - I really hope the site of LaCosta is developed into a nice bar, and place that draws people in. If the location is used to turn a quick profit and build condos, adding to the already saturated market, Sea Isle will suffer. I believe the overall health and vibrancy of the SIC business community depends on it. If they skimp on the planning process, and miss the chance of creating a prime attraction, the developers will do a grave injustice to the town. They have a generational chance to create something great. They should not take any shortcuts.
