Stone Harbor - He is at it again. The man who drives all over Avalon and Stone Harbor, checking construction sites, in a non-Borough SUV, is back. He is constantly texting with his phone on the steering wheel, or talking on the phone, holding it, while driving. The Avalon and Stone Harbor police departments have been alerted to this dangerous driver, and ignore this constant violator. No, it is not the job of local citizens to file a complaint every time we see this man break the law. That is the job of the police. Please enforce the no hands on phones when driving rule. It is common sense and the law.
