Middle Township - How many street lights need to be out in one neighborhood before Middle Township sends public works out to replace them? I guess that depends where exactly they are. In Court House, around the municipal building, if one starts to flicker, it’s changed same day. At Shannon Oaks, it's changed when the final one in the whole development stops blinking and goes out. Maybe if someone from the township actually rode around in Shannon Oaks once in a while after dark, someone might notice how dark it actually is back there. This also creates a security issue.

The electric company changes street lights, not public works. You may report a street light outage on Atlantic City Electric's website: https://bit.ly/2Ke5JkN
