I have had to travel to Woodbrige from Cape May twice in one wee

Cape May - I have had to travel to Woodbrige from Cape May twice in one week. The Parkway is full of out-of-state cars, and 80 percent running more than 10 mph over the speed limit with N.Y. tags leading the way, followed by Pennsylvania. Now, having made the same trip twice, one late morning and one in late afternoon, all I saw was one state trooper with what looked like a speed gun. Why are they not controlling the speed? Every State Police station along the way had multiple cars sitting; Atlantic City had 13 cars sitting.
