When will Lower Township police address the problem at Bayshore

Cape May - When will Lower Township police address the problem at Bayshore Rd. (south's canal end)? Parking is illegal down there. No one should be there other than our first responders, park rangers and local residents. If you wish to enter Higbee's at that entrance, you simply must park elsewhere and walk. I am sickened by the prostitution, drug dealing and dumping happening there. How about placing a camera down there?
