What are the mayor and commission supposed to do?

Wildwood - What are the mayor and commission supposed to do? The town needs improvement, police, fire, public works, parks and recreation. How about some of the deadbeats pay their taxes or sell their property? That would help the situation. Better yet, how about showing up with an idea or how taxes can be lowered without affecting the safety and beautification of our city? My goodness, the commissioners are working hard to provide a nice place for everyone, join the crusade and help, or stop complaining. We love Wildwood.
