How can Wildwood enforce a no-smoking ban?

Wildwood - How can Wildwood enforce a no-smoking ban? I can name a few laws that they do not enforce now: bikes on the boardwalk after noon, dogs on the boardwalk, skateboards on the boardwalk, speed limit on Ocean Ave., noise ordinance, loud music in cars, alcohol on beach, motorcyclists with no helmets, traffic laws, one-way signs not enforced, cars not stopping for people in crosswalks, underage drinking, teens roaming the streets at all hours, booking events that conflict and cause the riff-raff to come... I could go on. So much for a "family resort" environment! Come on mayor and council.
