Yes, some get much better raises for the same work. Yes, favoritism and fraternalism rule. It's not that the county is just anti-union. It's also anti-employee. Change must start with the freeholders. Let's begin with a Republican, Democrat, and independent mix of freeholders who represent all and not just favorite sons. The unions are incompetent.
