Wildwood - Regarding the Emily Weinman case, there seems to be some confusion as to the nature of the signs posted on the beach. Do they say 'no alcoholics anonymous meetings,' 'no alkaline batteries,' 'no Alcatraz escapees,' 'no alchemy,' or 'no alcohol'? If this is an issue, perhaps remedial reading instructions need to be patrolling the beach instead of police.
