Wildwood - The Eagles players' decision not to attend the White House ceremony is clearly a referendum that the team dislikes Trump's policies and how he continues to divide our country. The White House slant on how the Eagles players abandoned their fans is absurd. WIP radio poll showed that over 90 percent of their listeners did not feel the fans were abandoned. The estimated crowd of 1,000 was also staged by White House staff members in sport jackets instructed to attend. They certainly weren't Eagles fans dressed in team colors. Sports are supposed to be a diversion from politics.
