Avalon / Stone Harbor - I found myself driving through Avalon and Stone Harbor recently, which I don't do often even though I live in the area. I couldn't help but notice that, there I was, on an island with over a billion dollars worth of real estate on it, and probably some of the worst roads on the East Coast. I am glad I don't pay taxes there!
