North Wildwood - In response to a spouter who thinks North Wildwood allowed Marina Bay Towers to be condos, that is untrue. They fought long and hard, side by side with the tenants for four years to prevent part of the building being turned into condos to no avail, as the judge decided in the owner's favor to take away part of the affordable senior housing. We are South Jersey, and not North Jersey.
