Swainton - Members of the Avalon Links Condo Association, we should vote on term limits for our board of directors. Only two-term limit, then set out one term. With the same board members, it becomes backroom politics. Too many friends get favors done. This board does not like members bringing up new ideas (they shoot them down). We need new faces on this board, to lead us in a different direction. At our meetings, we don't see any original owners anymore because they are disgusted the way this community is run. When Bill Fletcher was on the board, he made them tow the line. We need more Fletcher's on the board.
