North Wildwood - I would like to commend the two 23rd Street lifeguards who took action May 26 breaking up the dozens of underage kids and their all-day drink fest on the beach. I sat and watched police vehicles drive by all day without ever getting out and addressing it. These two lifeguards stood their ground and told the children the party's over, and remained there until every piece of trash was picked up.
