Villas - It was the first time all winter that I drove down to see the new road and sidewalks along the bay in North Cape May, and in front of me, from a distance, were two Lower Township Police on their bikes. I thought that as soon as they saw me behind them that they would pull over. They would not move to the side, so I could pass them. They went on as slow as could be. I had to follow them for four blocks like that. How wrong and disrespectful that was to me. Can I do that on the bay side in Villas when I'm trying to ride or walk? I always move away for them. This town is upside down.
