Wildwood - As a taxpayer residing in Wildwood, I would like to see any money that is extended to the police and fire departments by way of grants, used to recruit minority men and women from Wildwood. Don't just talk about it, but actually start a workable program within Wildwood HS that addresses this population of young people. Whatever programs you already have in place aren't providing essential tools to aid in the mobility of securing employment in these fields for our local, disenfranchised youth.
