Cape May - Bicycle/electric-vehicle riders who will be out in abundance soon must stop at a red light. They must not ride down one-way streets. They must use their hand/turn signals. I would hate to see them get hit while driving through a red light because they think they don't have to stop. Pay attention. The laws pertain to everyone, even on vacation.
