I'm all for allowing parking on Bank Street.

Cape May - I'm all for allowing parking on Bank Street. The city needs extra parking areas. I know the street floods sometimes during heavy rain, but so does the other nearby street. The city closes those roads when this occurs. Put a sign on the parking meter warning drivers of the possibility of flooding. I also agree with making the street one way, as it's great for bicycles. There are also many other streets near the mall which could use parking meters.
