I think that Lower Township Police need to start doing foot patr

Villas - I think that Lower Township Police need to start doing foot patrol, like Wildwood Police do, especially in the Villas area, down the side streets where all the problems seem to occur. I walk a lot, so I see and hear many things that are happening throughout the neighborhood. For example, there are dogs that are running wild off a leash that will attack you, drugs and money passing through hands on the streets, sounds of domestic violence streaming from houses, and children unattended and exhibiting dangerous behavior. I actually have heard children talking about being hungry and scared.
