I had reason to go to Middle Township School No. 2 Dec. 23.

Middle Township - I had reason to go to Middle Township School No. 2 Dec. 23. I go there on days when there is early dismissal to pick up my granddaughter. I am a disabled person. There are six handicapped parking spots in the parking lot. I got to the school 20 minutes before the kids got out. There were cars parked in all of the handicapped spots. One of the six cars had a handicapped placard. I did find a parking spot at the far end of the lot. This is a common occurrence in this school parking lot. Why?
