Stone Harbor - A spouter should have given some more thought to his post, but I do understand where they are coming from. I live in Stone Harbor, and there are numerous times throughout the year the bridge [96th Street Bridge] is stuck in the open or almost closed position. A permanent fix is the better solution. I say use the bridge for now and at the same time have a single span built. In the fall, close the bridge to replace it. Yes, we will have to drive around through Avalon or North Wildwood, but in the long term, it would be better for the locals, as well as the tourists.
