Cape May County - Employees at certain banks here seem to think they are the gestapo or some type of clever prosecutor. You're there to take my deposit or cash my valid check, not scrutinize who I am, which is the owner of the same account for 35 years. It would also be nice if you'd speak to my face instead of talking to the wall or the floor. I don't need to "update my information," everything is in order. A bank should service its customers and leave imaginary problems to the appropriate outside agencies.
