Edgewood - In response to a spout in the April 4 Herald about requesting a sign asking people to slow down on Crest Road in Court House, if we were to ask for such a thing on a street in Rio Grande, we would be waiting for months, if we even got a response at all. Rio Grande has been getting the shaft on necessary services for a long time now. The other day, I saw a Public Works truck picking up no less than 20 bulk items on Orbit Drive in Court House. If I was to put the same items out in Rio Grande, I would be getting a ticket from the code enforcement officer, guaranteed!
