Wildwood - I live on Spicer Ave. and can watch guys on bikes selling heroin from my window and not see any police cars. However, I can't drive from New Jersey Ave. to the bridge without seeing three or four police cars watching traffic. How about more time with drug dealers on Pacific Avenue and less time with taxpayers who forget to use their turn signals?
