Remember when gas went to $4 a gallon and every store had a mess

Cold Spring - Remember when gas went to $4 a gallon and every store had a message over the roll bins saying due to the high cost of gas the roll maker had to charge more? Gas is now $2.70 a gallon. Well, I am waiting roll makers!
