North Cape May - Not every woman in Cape May County who is/has been on state Medicaid is on drugs, an alcoholic, or in an abusive relationship, or suffers some sort of cognitive or mental delay. Some are hard-working woman, but despite working 40 hours a week, still can't or couldn't afford to come out of pocket for medical insurance during their pregnancy. So, they were told to go to Social Services. If they were independent before their pregnancy, what type of person, including social workers, have any right to say what someone deserves? Someone needs to reteach some of these social workers. They are wrecking lives.
