Cape May - Do dog owners lose the ability to read signs once they take their dogs on vacation? Most can’t seem to comprehend the words “don’t” or “not allowed.” Also, is the City of Cape May ignoring their own rules and regulations? Are the merchants ignoring their own rules as well? There are all kinds of dogs on the Washington Street Mall. Saw many piles of poop on Higbee Beach and poop bags left for “someone else” to dispose of. There are leash laws and basic common decency. Please enforce your rules or have public meetings to change them.
