Swainton - I read an article recently of how customer friendly and efficient Atlantic City Electric is. AC Electric is far from efficient and friendly; when trying to talk to a live person, you are lucky to get a live person. Generally, they are rude with a couldn't care less attitude. Given their huge donations to politicians who are out there to step up and make them improve their customer service. I for one hate it when I make a call and the call is answered by a computer and I have to give my problem to a computer.
