Cape May County should be exempt from State of Emergency weather

Rio Grande - Cape May County should be exempt from State of Emergency weather. We should be on Delaware's radar and call a State of Emergency when they do. We seem to get similar weather. These last four nor'easters prove it in our "Cape May County bubble." I wish someone would consider this when closing schools for rain and wind. This is such a headache for working parents. It's a loose/loose for all.
