Upper Township - In response to a spouter from Cape May who defends illegal ATV riding, attacks the Herald, and declares that arresting illegal ATV riders makes America repressive, like North Korea, the Herald has reported extensively over the years about rampant illegal ATV riding in Villas, Dennis Township, Middle Township, and now for a second time, in Upper Township. Obviously, in Cape May you don't have multiple ATVs and dirt bikes doing wheelies up and down your streets or pounding you with noise from riding morning, noon, and night. Many New Jerseyians want the scourge of illegal ATVs prosecuted.
