Town Bank - My neighbor just does not get it. If you don't want to look at fall and winter debris, neither do I. You are totally wrong how you and your street keeps dumping behind me. I do not want to look at it. You are inconsiderate of others. I do not care if you put debris out there, just be aware what others have to look at.
