North Cape May - There are so many cars that have dark, tinted windows on front and back side windows. I thought it was illegal. Does anyone know the law on this?

Our sources indicate that - apart from medical exceptions - after-market tinting is prohibited on the windshield and front side windows, but allowed on rear windows.
