Avalon - How come Avalon's zoning enforcement officer isn't stopping anyone from cutting down perfectly healthy trees gracing the islands on Dune Drive? The behavior is criminal. Declare a moratorium on tree removals in the dunes and on other public lands until a certified tree expert, properly licensed and qualified in insect infestation analysis, diagnostics, and tree removals is brought in. New Jersey now requires this. Avalon should comply.
