A woman in Wildwood was overheard complaining about recent spout

Wildwood - A woman in Wildwood was overheard complaining about recent spouts on Section 8 housing. She insists that those spouts are about people with disabilities. I own a condo in a neighborhood that has known drug houses that are dealing 24/7 and I know of at least three who are on Section 8. Last time I checked, drug dealing isn't a disability! It's a business in Wildwood!
