Lower Township - Cat owners who let their cats run wild on their neighbor's property are the most selfish and inconsiderate people on earth. Do they realize dogs eat this crap, and then their owners must deal with the bouts of diarrhea and vet bills? Dogs must be licensed and leashed, and rightly so we clean up after them. It's time cat owners are made to do the same with their precious felines. Why is it okay to leave a cat out in the cold all night?
