After the last big flood, the street bulkhead broke on Glenwood

West Wildwood - After the last big flood, the street bulkhead broke on Glenwood Ave. and the town borrowed hundreds of thousands of dollars to repair the damages. It did not cost what the borough borrowed, but the project is not done! Where is the rest of the borrowed money? I am elderly and handicapped and can no longer get onto the small beach area after they put in that ridiculous bulkhead that could stop an atomic attack. The town promised to replace the handicap ramp that existed there for years; after some three years of promises, it is still not there! My taxes are up but the handicap ramp is not!
