North Cape May - In response to a spouter from Erma re: the feral cat situation behind Staples in Middle Twp., the officials who govern that township don't appear to care. I have attended several meetings to voice my concerns and have simply been ignored because I am a resident of Lower Twp. Please contact the Middle Twp. police and township manager about your concerns until something is done. Apparently, the Middle Twp. animal control officer is not diligent. Yes, there is a program for the trap-neuter-release of feral cats in that township.
