How do I get on the list for Sea Isle City to have my house plow

Sea Isle City - How do I get on the list for Sea Isle City to have my house plowed by city employees on duty trying to get the town in order? During the last snowstorm, I watched city employees plowing driveways of residents (not senior or handicapped) in the 40's, 50's and 60's.
