Wildwood - North Wildwood announced it has the lowest property tax rate of any shore town in NJ. I live two blocks south in Wildwood. My taxes and others are the highest for the poorest shore town, yet we have the largest boardwalk with rides that outdo Disney World. Don't we get taxes from the property owners on the boardwalk? North Wildwood, what is your secret? Could it be you have the right people in charge and manage a fair budget for your citizens? Doesn't nepotism exist there? How about inflated salaries and overstaffing? What a difference in a few blocks.
