I thank Mayor Lear for having the courage to vote his conscience

Cape May - I thank Mayor Lear for having the courage to vote his conscience at the Jan. 9 Planning Board meeting. It was sad to see this important meeting turned into a political theater by former mayor Mahaney et al. The city needs to remain forward thinking or the resort will die, along with Mahaney's group of older residents that continually resist change.
