RININSLAND, RICHARD, of Villas, was born May 1, 1943 to Walter and Beatrice Rininsland of Philadelphia, PA. On Saturday April 9th, Richard’s body surrendered him to peace. One of the most rewarding jobs Richard held was driving disabled veterans as a member of his local Disabled Veterans Chapter. Richard
