O’LEARY, TIMOTHY PATRICK JR, 40, of North Wildwood, Feb. 4, 2010. He was a lifelong resident.

SMITH, JOHN JOSEPH, 82, of Ocean City, Feb. 8, 2010. He was a Veteran of World War II, serving with the US Navy, and a member of the Church of the Resurrection in Marmora.
